Unincorporated San Gabriel Valley community between Covina and Glendora, residential with a well-known high school campus.
Getting a unit here is a phone call. You describe the job - how many people, how long, what the ground is like - and you get a count and one flat rate before you hang up. There is no form on this site and nothing that emails you tomorrow.
Charter Oak High School, Charter Oak Park, Arrow Highway and Covina Hills Road are all inside the area we cover on a normal week.
The river and creek corridors running through this area are pleasant places for events and difficult ground for restrooms. Unincorporated areas often have a mix of lot sizes on the same street, which means the right placement varies house to house rather than block to block.
A special trip outside the service schedule, a generator for a trailer, and damage beyond normal use are quoted separately. Everything else is in the flat rate.
The order stays with us from the call to the collection. Nothing is passed to a third-party operator whose standards you have not seen.
Sites that lock outside shift hours get scheduled inside them. It sounds obvious and it is the single most common cause of a failed first delivery.
These are the three that go out to Charter Oak most often. All five are available.
Quiet residential streets. School and sports-field events are the recurring job and go through the district for placement.
We reach Charter Oak off the same loop as Covina, San Dimas and Citrus.
Charter Oak is unincorporated Los Angeles County, so park and event permitting runs through the county rather than a city hall.
If the spot is behind a gate, the gate code or a site contact on the order saves a wasted trip and a delayed drop.
Saturdays between May and October are the busiest dates in the county - book event units further ahead than you think you need to.

One phone call. We schedule the collection, the unit comes out and the ground underneath is left as we found it. No notice period on standard rentals.
Not safely. The unit needs a level pad - on sloping ground we will find the flat spot with you, or bring plywood to level it if the grade is slight.
One week on a single unit. Shorter windows are quoted as an event rate instead, which bundles the delivery, the placement and the pickup into one figure.
Regularly. School and district events go through facilities for placement, and we work to whatever access window the campus gives us.
Firm and reasonably level - dirt, decomposed granite, gravel, asphalt, concrete or grass. Soft turf gets plywood underneath so the unit stays level.
Yes - overnight or before gates. It needs agreeing before the site map is locked so the service truck can physically reach each bank.
Yes, every unit is pumped, washed out and re-charged before it goes back out, and interiors are washed on every service visit during a rental.
All on the same round, with no change in price.
Describe the job and you will have a count before you hang up.
